I what to say beware of this company. They may be fine if you want to rent but I warren you if you want to leave a very different matter. They will do all in the power to steal some or all of your deposit. We had to fight tooth and nail to get your back. They sent invoice for cleaning, stating they dusted and polished furniture, this was an unfurnished flat charged for cleaning cooker and appliance they were no appliance, repainting walls totally untrue the lies go on and invoice also stated this was from a company that was dissolved in 2014, staff were rude and very intimating. Take as many picture before and take thousand before you leave if you want your full deposit back, a very nasty and dishonest company

What an easy, personable experience. The whole team have just been amazing from start to finish, particularly Della and Shona. The student accommodation is very well equipped. Each student has his own room (if he wants his own bathroom) and shared kitchen but everything is managed well and the price is really cheap compared to the alternatives. The location is really close to Abertay University (3 minutes) and close to the city center (5 minutes). The staff is very kind. The cleaning lady is very kind as a mother. My stay of 2 months was satisfactory from all points of view.
